Both the cheese, in all its formats, and the wine are always delivered in a gift box.

What courier service do you use for deliveries?

Depending on different circumstances, such as the weather or the destination of the shipment, we work with different courier services. As soon as you confirm your order, you will receive an e-mail with the selected company and a tracking code.

How long does delivery take?

For domestic shipments: 2-4 working days. International, 5-7 working days.

What about shipping costs?

Shipping costs are free on domestic and peninsular orders over 40 euros.

Can I continue my article?

Yes, a confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order has been placed. This email will also contain your tracking code. If you want to know the status of your shipment, you can contact us.

Do you deliver to my country?

We ship orders to the Spanish territory.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. In addition, you can pay by paypal or bank transfer.

What coins can I use?

We accept payments only in Euros.

What is your online return policy?

If you are not satisfied with the condition of the merchandise, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We will request a pick-up and you will receive a refund. It would be helpful to us to expedite the process, that you communicate us the lot number of the product, make and send us photographs of the condition of the product and the label. Once returned you are entitled to receive a refund of the amount of the product.

How do I return an item?

Simply email info@dehesadelosllanos.es or call (+34) 967 243 100. Please send us pictures of the condition of the product and the label and lot number. We will arrange a free pick-up for you and proceed with the reimbursement.

Who pays the return postage?

We offer FREE return postage on all orders returned within 14 days of receipt.

Can you confirm that you have received my return?

You will be notified by email or telephone once the return process has been completed.

The best way to preserve the D.O. Manchego Dehesa de Los Llanos cheese is in wedges, wrapped in transparent kitchen paper and, of course, in the refrigerator. Half an hour before consumption, you can take it out at room temperature, so that it will be easier to cut (and tastier to enjoy).
