GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In compliance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, of Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and other applicable regulations, DEHESA DE LOS LLANOS S.L. (hereinafter, DEHESA DE LOS LLANOS) informs about the legal conditions of the online purchase process:

CAPACITY TO CONTRACT AND APPLICABLE LAW

By acquiring the services offered by DEHESA DE LOS LLANOS. The User must have full legal capacity to contract. Also, the purchase of alcoholic beverages by minors through this website is prohibited. The present Contract is offered in Spanish language and is also governed by the Spanish legislation.

OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

The purpose of the contract is the sale of consumer products. The characteristics of the same are reflected in the corresponding pages of this website, as well as the particularities of each operation that can be performed in this environment.

IDENTIFICATION OF THE OWNER OF THE ONLINE STORE

SEQUENCING OF THE PURCHASING PROCESS

To make a purchase in www.dehesadelosllanos.com the User must follow the following process:

1. Select the products you wish to purchase.

2. Once you have selected the product(s) you wish to purchase, click on the “Buy” button and the product will be added to your shopping cart. If you wish, you can continue adding more products.

3. Once the product selection has been completed, a summary will appear identifying the selected item(s).

4. In the purchase process, the User can identify himself/herself with the data of his/her User account or fill in the registration form if he/she is not yet a registered User. If the user prefers, he/she can make the purchase process as a guest, without the need to register.

5. Finally, you must choose the payment system of your order among those offered by DEHESA DE LOS LLANOS on its website.

6. Once the order process is completed, DEHESA DE LOS LLANOS will send an email to the User detailing the details of your order.

ORDER DELIVERY

The delivery of the orders will be made by DEHESA DE LOS LLANOS, by its own means or through a transport agency designated by him. The orders will be delivered at the address designated by the buyer, therefore DEHESA DE LOS LLANOS assumes no responsibility when the delivery can not be made as a result of the data provided are inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery can not be made by the absence of the recipient. Notwithstanding the foregoing, DEHESA DE LOS LLANOS will take the measures required of a diligent merchant so that delivery can be made as soon as possible, both to the satisfaction of the sender and the recipient.

DEHESA DE LOS LLANOS guarantees the delivery of orders with the deadlines indicated in the shopping cart section depending on the transport system and the destination chosen by the buyer. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there is no pick up or delivery service of orders, a circumstance that must be taken into account in the calculation of delivery dates.

Delivery times vary according to the different geographical areas:

• For mainland Spain and Balearic Islands delivery time 2 – 4 working days.

• For the rest a delivery time of 5 – 7 working days.

Also, shipping costs will vary depending on the delivery destination:

• For orders over 40€ delivered in the peninsula, free shipping costs.

• For orders of less than 40€ to be delivered in the peninsula, shipping costs will be 10€.

• For orders over 40€ to be delivered in the Balearic Islands shipping costs will be 10€.

• For orders under 40€ delivered in the Balearic Islands, shipping costs will be 20€.

• For orders over 40€ to be delivered in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, SAD costs plus 10€.

• For orders under 40€ delivered to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, SAD costs plus 20€.

• For the rest of Europe, the International rate will be applied (approximate prices).
